1. Payment should be made through Paypal, or by cheque or postal order.  Goods will be dispatched once cheques have cleared.  Goods will be sent by Royal Mail parcel post or by a courier of our choice, and should arrive within 3 to 5 days of posting.  A quicker service can be used if the buyer pays the extra postage.

2. Due to the hand-made nature of the product, each pebblecube is unique and so there made be slight variations, for example in the colour of the stones, from the photographs on this website.

3. Pebblecubes are designed to be left outside as the mesh used is either galvanised or stainless steel, and will last for many years, but naturally these will discolour and corrode eventually, especially in extreme exposure conditions such as by the sea.

4. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please inform us within 7 days of receiving it and return it within 28 days for refund or replacement, in which case you will have to cover the postage cost.

5. Lit candles can be very dangerous and should never be left unattended.

6. We will respect your privacy and not pass on any information about you to anyone else.
